Our Process

Once you contact me, we will schedule a 30-minute discovery chat where I can meet you, listen and learn about your business and what your hopes are for the visual side of your business. If we are a good fit, I will send you a proposal and then will require a 50% deposit to secure your spot in my schedule. Then the real fun begins!!…
—1— define
Learning all about you and your business is key, so I will send you my in-depth questionnaire, which will allow you to think about your business in a different light & will highlight what you are looking for in your brand and/or website— this will help to define your goals and your target audience.
—2— explore
After you send it back to me, we can discuss it over coffee or FaceTime/Zoom. This additional time together will give me insight into how to craft your dream brand or website that will also attract your ideal clients.
—3— create
I will research, sketch and create, then present you with a concept, moodboard, website homepage mockup and/or a strategic direction that I think will work for you. We can then discuss any changes you would like to see.
—4— refine
We will refine + collaborate together until we have what you are looking for (within reason!!). I will prepare all of the files and collateral that you will need to begin your successful business or fully develop your website.
We will work collaboratively to deliver a brand identity and website that you love, that fits your personality and will also attract your ideal clients!
